Description:

Lola is a delightfully sweet girl looking for a forever family. She's a loyal companion who loves her walks, car rides, or just being with family.

She's very easy going, quite friendly, has plenty of energy, and is eager to meet new people, kids, men and women, as well as other friendly dogs. All those who encounter her love her. Her groomer gave her the "Best Dog of the Day" award.

Lola is always at the ready to have her ears scratched or to be brushed. She has limited retriever traits preferring companionship over fetching, although she is learning the joys of bringing back her stuffed toy.

Lola is a lady in every way except during her meal times. She loves food and gobbles it up very quickly. So, she's just been introduced to a slow feed bowl. This has helped her enjoy her breakfast and dinner times a bit longer. She's also enthusiastic when it comes to taking treats, a little too much so. This is where she could use some direction. She doesn't beg or take food from the counter. But, she does love her rawhide chews!!!!

Lola is fully house trained, and doesn't bark or scratch. She's a great companion content to nap the afternoon away while family is away then greet you with plenty of wags upon your return.

Lola is the perfect family dog, a great companion, and rather photogenic, too.
